Cat Camp Funding Assistance Application

The Cat Camp Funding Assistance program provides an opportunity for prospective campers to apply for a reduction to their camp fee.

Session A, B, and C, - If selected, students will receive $75 off their camp fee. Session D - If selected will receive $125 off their camp fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for a response to funding assistance applications.

Campers should not register for camp until they have received a response to their application. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is a limited amount of funding assistance available to students for the Cat Camp season.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need through a statement that provides information on why they are unable to pay the camp fee and provide their FAFSA estimated family contribution (EFC) number. The FAFSA EFC can be found in the confirmation email received after submitting the FAFSA application.

Utilizing the Cat Camp goals and outcomes, applicants should provide a short statement that demonstrates why attending Cat Camp is important to their transition into Texas State University.
